In 1997 a group of committed community volunteers began to look for a way to foster philanthropy in Shasta and Siskiyou counties. Through founding partnerships with The McConnell Foundation and The David and Lucille Packard Foundation, dedicated staff and community members, the Foundation was launched in 2000. By 2013, our assets have reached $20 million in funds dedicated to meeting needs and providing opportunities in our communities. Shasta Regional Community Foundation is the single most flexible institution for charitable giving in the region. We're helping donors invest in the causes that are important to them. We're building resources for Shasta and Siskiyou counties through permanent endowments and grants. Funds do not come from a single source, donor, foundation or corporation but from thousands who care deeply about giving back to their communities and leaving a legacy for future generations.
Partner with us, whatever your role or charitable objective. We'll help you give back to our communities, and together, we'll create a stronger, healthier future for our region. For Good. For Ever |
