The Grants Advisory Board for Youth (GABY) is a new program of the Shasta Regional Community Foundation. The GABY program brings youth from all across Shasta and Siskiyou Counties to review grant proposals written by youth for youth directed service projects in their communities. The program gives youth the resources they need to tackle issues in their neighborhoods and helps them develop leadership and decision making skills.
